Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions (T&C) regulate quotations, transport, storage, liability and delivery. Below you will find a summary of the most important provisions. For the full T&C you can contact us viaContact.

All assignments are subject to our T&C. Quotations are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise. Acceptance by the customer binds both parties.

Delivery times are indicative; payment terms and collection costs are stated in invoices. Retention of title remains in force until full payment.

Liability is limited to direct damage and to the maximum insured amount or invoice value, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Consult our T&C for exceptions.

Consumer rights & distance sales

Customers within the EU have statutory consumer rights for distance sales (webshop/phone), including withdrawal within 14 days, unless excluded (e.g. custom-made logistics services).

  • Right of withdrawal: 14 days after receipt (packaging and return instructions apply).
  • Withdrawal costs: usually at the consumer's expense unless otherwise agreed.
  • Return procedure: follow the return process in our return instructions or contact us for logistical support.

For consumer complaints, we refer to our complaints procedure (see complaints section) and the EU ODR platform:https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Complaints procedure & disputes

We strive for quick handling of complaints. Follow these steps:

  1. Submit your complaint in writing viadealcorner@outlook.comor via our contact form (Contact page).
  2. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within 5 working days and a proposed solution within 20 working days.
  3. If dissatisfaction remains, the complaint can be submitted to an independent disputes committee or via the European ODR platform.

Disputes under Australian consumer rights are governed by Australian law and can be submitted to the competent court in Australia, unless the parties agree otherwise.
